10-year-old California prodigy will graduate from college 2 degrees

A 10-year-old from San Bernardino, California, graduated one month from two associate degrees from Crafton Hills College.
According to Inland Empire Community News, she will be the youngest to have ever graduated from Yukapa Community College. Her final GPA will be “close” to 4.0.
Alisa Perales started classes when she was only 8 years old and turned 11 at the graduation ceremony.

“It's fun for me. It's almost as fun as playing outside, riding a bike or doing anything. I just love learning. There's a lot of fun things out there.”
Perales has a homeschool background and he praised her father for pushing her to do her best and work hard at school.

An article on the Inland Empire Community News Facebook page has her once used her political science course to file a federal lawsuit, challenging youth voting rights.
If she had passed another semester, she would have earned two degrees in computer science and physics.

“When I first started at Crafton (8), I was a little nervous… because it was my first time going to public school, but then I met some really good people, which was very helpful.”
The young prodigy has not finished yet. She plans to work in the artificial intelligence technology industry.
