Brad Marchand had a potential win goal for quite some time – he made up for that goal when it was stolen.
Ruler's Stanley Cup champion Florida Panthers scored on Friday night with Markkand's overtime goal, winning 5-4 against the Edmonton Oilers in Game 2, which gave the Cats a 5-4 victory.
After scoring three goals in the first 12:37 of the game, Edmonton could no longer find the net.
In desperate mode, the Oilers pulled Stuart Skinner out of the Nets at a distance of 2:33, which seemed early, but as the puck was in another area in the standoff, they could take advantage of it. They did it.

With only 17.8 seconds left, the puck loosened in the front and 40-year-old Corey Perry blocked it home to tie the game at two-quarters speed. After allowing three of his first seven shots, Sergei Bobrovsky stopped the next 24 before allowing the game to be included in overtime.
Both teams had a chance in overtime, especially the Panthers, who hit the outpost with one shot and saved a chance of disconnection, but both teams were blank. Marchand did it again just eight minutes away in the second overtime, with Skinner screaming in a break-in and giving Florida a huge win.

Wayne Gretzky Oiler Star Connor McDavid: The Next Great Player: “He's the Best Player in Hockey”
Like the first game, the scoring started early – this time it was the Florida Panthers who scored first.
Sam Bennett, who teamed up with Connor McDavid of Edmonton, fought his brothers in four countries with his teammate Matthew Tkachuk, who found the back of the net in just two minutes in the game, but about five minutes later Evander Kane scored an equalizer.
Edmonton started the power play and scored again, but Florida immediately answered, equalizing at 11:37. In another powerful game, Leon Draisaitl scored for the Oilers to lead 3-2, ending five goals in the first 13 minutes of the game.
Although the oilers' offense was lowered for the second time, Florida's offense did not. Dmitry Kulikov tied it to the period 8:23, while Marchand gave Florida a lead with a brief goal four minutes later. The Panthers' lead continued until Perry scored a miracle goal at the end of the third inning.

Marchand’s Hero is a trade deadline acquisition that almost ended the last few minutes from his former Boston Bruins to the long-term Bruins in the South. The deal is worth it.
The third game will be held in Florida on Monday night, which hosted the Cup final for three consecutive years.
