North Korea restarts warships, suffering an embarrassing failure during initial launch
North Korea repaired 5,000 tons of warships after a May outbreak, according to North Korea's state media reports.
According to North Korea's news agency KCNA, the second warship was once again standing upright in the water.
Kim Jong Un, the leader of the communist country, attended the speech and spoke about the failed release.
“Of course, we paniced with the unexpected and ridiculous accidents that caused when we launched this destroyer at Jongji last month,” Kim said.

According to KCNA, Kim did not easily call the accident a crime.

“We believe this accident is not a simple mistake, but an endless, serious crime that temporarily reduces the dignity and self-esteem of our country and investigates the root cause of the accident in a comprehensive way,” King said.
In fact, the chief engineer of Qingjin Shipyard and others were arrested.
Kim Jong-un fired another smoke after damaging a failed launch in North Korea's new destroyer.
However, this setback does not seem to slow down Kim Jong Il's ambitions because he promises to carry out more warships.
“A new generation of warships will be launched one by one in the next few years and they will form the backbone of our maritime defense force,” King said.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Kim reportedly named the ship “Kang Kon”, which was moved to Larkin Shipyard after being placed in the correct position.
The overall range of damage to the ship is not known as it has never left the dry dock.
Satellite images previously released by South Korea show the ship on its side.
According to KCNA, “Kang Kon” slipped off the ramp and fell into trouble.
The flat car failed to move on the boat, throwing it away from the balance and crushing the bottom part of the boat.
According to the KNCA, this caused the stern of the large warship to slide under the launch track, which prevented the ship's bow department from leaving the ramp.
“Kang Kon” is Kim's second naval destroyer launched within a month after Kim successfully launched another 5,000-ton destroyer in Nampo on the west coast of North Korea.
