German troops conduct new evacuation flights from Israel

As the conflict with Iran continued to escalate, German troops once again evacuated German nationals from Israel.

The German Ministry of Defense and Foreign Affairs said on Monday that two A400m transport aircraft from the Luftwaffe landed in Tel Aviv and took 179 people away, the German Ministry of Defense and Foreign Affairs said.

The plane has left Wunstorf Air Force Base, which officials say is a diplomatic repatriation mission. They are now back in Germany.

In recent days, the government has sent more than 460 people back to three special flights through Amman, Jordan. Last Friday, the German military flew directly from Israel for the first time.

Because self-organized travel becomes more difficult due to the battle between Iran and Israel, effective regional space is closed.
