Caitlin Clark's Indiana fever head coach Stephanie White was fouled and fined for yelling at the WNBA referee in Thursday's victory against the Las Vegas Ace. Now, White advises Clark to propose to pay the fine.
The foul was when White yelled at officials during an Indiana occupation, with five minutes left in the fourth quarter, while the fever led the ACE at the age of 23, when a referee signaled a technical foul to the coach.
Clark did not compete due to a persistent groin injury but jumped up during the incident and began to applaud the coach.

After the game, White suggested that Clark would pay the fine.
“I don't know the frustration is boiling like making a point,” White told reporters. “Catelyn said she got me. She just got the bonus.”
In White's first year as head coach and Clark's second year in the WNBA, the tone of fever in team culture seems to be more rebellious.
The fever won the WNBA Commissioner Cup, a seasonal event, and they beat Minnesota Sanlia 74-59 Tuesday night, with the team celebrating some champagne and vodka hotels in the locker room.
Fever striker Aaliyah Boston broadcasts Instagram live to watch the celebration behind the scenes, when Clark is not in the game due to a groin injury.
WNBA rookie Paige Bueckers said media responses to past comments about black women were “trying to isolate”

“I just know everyone in the league is sick, guys,” Clark said as he came out of the shot.
Teammates replied with a smile, Boston added: “They are P-Ed.”
During the celebration, Clark also commented on the tournament and won $500,000 for the winning team.
“If you are a (WNBA Finals) champion, you get more (money). It doesn't make any sense. Someone told [WNBA commissioner] Kathy [Engelbert] Help us,” She said in another video.
Meanwhile, fever rookie Sophie Cunningham quickly became a fan favorite after defending Clark in a fight with Connecticut Sun.
“I think we've had a lot of distractions so far this season. Some people are hurt. Don't know who is playing. There's only a lot of distractions. But I think it's really good for us.” Indy Star. “Let's get through adversity early. Let's learn. The good news is that we won't peak too early, so I mean, it's not a positive excuse. It's not an excuse. Everyone is back to back. Everyone has this tough timeline. We have a tough timeline tomorrow.

“We've talked about this, we're hovering on everyone's schedule. Right?, right?, is everyone in our locker room here? That's the only person we can rely on. We have to get better in that field. We have to keep discipline, we have to keep focus, we have to keep consistency, we have to be on each other. I have to rely on the islands on the island.
