Virginia police respond to “blocking incident” near CIA headquarters

A sergeant from Fairfax County Police confirmed to Fox News that police are assisting CIA police outside of CIA headquarters.
FOX5 DC reported that the response agencies include a SWAT team, Arlington and Fairfax County officials.
