The index also highlights the growing influence of artificial intelligence. 72% of advisors say they advise clients on the impact of artificial intelligence on benefit plans. 31% of respondents said they now provide advice on AI often or most of the time, compared with 20% in 2024.
The report also highlights emerging trends in GLP-1 drug coverage from the perspective of these benefit advisors, including the types of coverage conditions.
