A senior White House official revealed how journalists were added to the signal text chain in a national security leak reported by the Atlantic.

The official on the National Security Council told Fox News that he had never seen and had never spoken to Atlantic editor-in-chief Jeffrey Goldberg. Officials added that signals are allowed in multiple agencies.
