Easter Morning Expressway Death Report

It was a deadly Easter morning with two deaths on the regional highway.

A wrong road crash on Highway 10 near downtown Los Angeles has caused a death and a bottleneck for vacation travelers. Although the interstate is still open, it is reported on Highway 405 in the North Mountain area.

According to the California Highway Patrol, about 5:25 a.m., Highway 10 east of Central Avenue headed west, with one pronounced dead at the scene and four others were transported to a nearby hospital. Their conditions are not yet clear.

Several cars were involved and there was a Sigaret effective, with only one lane in each direction.

A CHP spokesman said it is not clear whether the driver in a wrong road collision was damaged.

Deaths were also on Highway 405 south of the Nordhoff Street exit of the southbound lane. The accident involved two cars. The Center for Health Protection arrived at the site at 2:19 am. A person was pronounced dead.

CHP did not provide any further details about the accident.
