Illegal immigrants accused of brutal murder during California family invasion

Authorities revealed that the three men recently arrested by the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) were linked to a family invasion, murder and robbery in Mount Woodland and were illegal immigrants from Eastern Europe.

The suspects, Georgian national Paata Kochyashvili, 38, 46, and Besiki Khutsishvili, 52, are both charged with murder. Their bail is set at $2 million.

Fox News learned that all three were illegal in the United States, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) placed detainees on them.

LAPD officials responded to a house in Woodland Hills before 1 a.m. on April 26 for a death investigation.

According to Fox 11 Los Angeles, Aleksandre Modebadze, 47, was found with a head injury and was pronounced dead by Los Angeles firefighters paramedics.

The report said the homicide detectives alleged that the three men entered the house, were captured by Modebadze and fatally beat him.

Hours after the alleged murder, the FBI helped find and arrest the men.

One suspect was arrested in Glendale near Sepulveda and Burbank Boulevards in Van Nuys.
