The video, shared on Facebook, X and elsewhere on Instagram, claims that the video portrays India's attack on Pakistan.
However, the video predated the Kashmir attack and was circulated in old reports about Israel's war on Hamas in Gaza.
A reverse image search on Google found that the footage used in a longer report was used after the Indonesian hospitals posted on Al Jazeera’s YouTube channel on November 9, 2023 (archive link).
Part of the video description says: “The Palestinian Ministry of the Interior has reported 'many harm' among thousands of displaced people.

AFP published a similar strike footage on YouTube on November 9, 2023, titled “Strike in the strike area near the Beit Lahia Indonesian Hospital in Gaza” (link to archive).
The attacks around the hospital damaged the house and left Beit Lahia's Indonesian hospital. The hospital was built with donations from NGOs and is one of the last remaining hospitals in Gaza (archived here and here).
A week before the attack, the Israeli military claimed that Hamas was using the hospital's “hidden underground command and control center” (a link to archive).
After a two-month truce in early 2025, Israel resumed its military offensive in Gaza in the war with Hamas on March 18, triggered by the Palestinian militant group on October 7, 2023, an attack on October 7, 2023 (a saved link).
