According to the Department of Justice (DOJ), a man was allegedly forced a flight attendant to the floor Tuesday night when he tried to tow the pilot to an unstable situation while trying to drag the pilot to an unstable situation.
Julius Jordan Priester, 24, of Wichita, Kansas, was arrested and charged with intervening with flight crew and waiters, a crime that was sentenced to up to 20 years in prison, the Justice Department said in a press release.
Priester is a passenger on American Airlines flight 3359, which heads to Chicago around 9:30 p.m. at Bradley International Airport in Windsor Lock, Connecticut.
The court documents filed Wednesday claimed that during the flight Priest stood up, began to take off his shirt, ran to the back of the plane, shouting, “Help me!”

Passengers intervened, Priester was sent back to his seat, and the Justice Department said he continued to take action and spoke out incoherent verdicts.
