Carlos Alcaraz rebounded from two sets and saved three games to beat Jannik Sinner on Sunday, 4-6, 6-7 (4), 6-4, 6-4, 7-6 (3), 7-6 (10-2) and maintained his second year French Open Championship on Sunday.
Alcaraz won his fifth Grand Slam Championship in many finals, winning one of his greatest comebacks in the history of the Clay Championship.
This was the first time the Sinner lost the Grand Slam final, and he lost to Alkaraz for the fifth time in a row.
It is also the longest French Open final ever.
