Iran says more than 400 people have been killed in Israeli attacks so far

More than 400 people have been killed in Israeli attacks so far, according to figures provided by the Iranian Ministry of Health on Saturday.

In an article on X, the ministry spokesman Hossein Kermanpour mentioned the “defenseless” of the Iranians. He said the victims were mainly civilians, including 54 women and children and five medical staff.

Kermanpur added that 3,056 people have been injured in Iran since Israel's first strike a week ago.

The U.S.-based human rights network Hrana has made the death toll higher, including 722 people, including at least 285 civilians. It said more than 2,500 people have been injured in the attack so far.

The network relies on sources on the ground and publicly accessible data.
