Blake Lively is seeking protection orders against Justin Baldoni’s team in response to its so-called “requests” to get a private newsletter for Lively and Taylor Swift.
According to documents obtained by people, Bardoni's team “pursued [these communications] At the same time they have Refused to give birth to Ms. Lively They publicly claimed that the documents they received were part of an agreement to withdraw their subpoena to Ms. Swift and her lawyers. ”
The document was filed by Lively's attorney Esra Hudson, “exist for this request because it was a strategy for Baldoni's “to make Ms. Swift and her fan base at the heart of Ms. Lively's media strategy.”
Baldoni's representative did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Fox News Digital.

A Lively spokesman told Fox News Digital that “Justin Baldoni and Wayfarer parties still requested access to Taylor Swift's private correspondence, although the subpoena had been subpoenaed and then withdrew the subpoena after “get all needs.”

Fox News Digital confirmed in May that Swift was called a witness in the lively Baldoni dispute, but Baldoni's team has withdrawn the request.
A source who was directly aware of the case told Fox News at the time that “when information is received voluntarily, there is no need for a subpoena.”
“On this issue, the ongoing attempt to use the world’s largest star as a PR strategy again, reflecting the public’s disbandment of the epic proportion.”
The reversal was approved by the vivid representative at the time, saying they would continue to stand up “for any third party who was unjustly harassed or threatened in the process.”
“We are pleased that Justin Baldoni and Wayfarer parties have withdrawn their harassment subpoena back to Taylor Swift and her law firm,” Lively's team said in a statement to Fox News Digital. “We support Taylor's team's efforts to revoke inappropriate subpoena against her attorneys, and we will continue to stand up for any third party who has been unjustly harassed or threatened in the process.
“The Baldoni and Wayfarer team is trying to put Taylor Swift at the center since day one, and she has been a source of inspiration for tens of millions of globally.

“Taylor's connection to the film allows for the use of a song 'My Tears',” the spokesperson added. “Given that her participation was licensed for a song for the film, and 19 other artists did it for it, the document is intended to use the name Taylor Swift to attract public interest rather than focus on the fact of the case.”
Baldoni and Lively's legal battle is scheduled to be tried in New York court in March 2026.
