Children reportedly fell on Disney Cruise. Her father jumped in after her.

A frightening moment on the Disney Cruise Line boat turned into an incredible rescue at sea after a child fell, and her father jumped in after her.
The June 29 event took place at Disney Dreams to return to Fort Lauderdale from a four-night voyage in the Bahamas, which included a stop at Disney's Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point. As the street first reported, the emergency regulation “Mob” (MAN MAB OUTSUPER) rang on the intercom on the boat, indicating an emergency response.
“The crew of Disney's dream quickly rescued two guests from the water,” a Disney Cruise Line spokesman told USA Today in a statement. “We praise our crew for their excellent skills and swift action, which ensures that both guests return to the ship safely within minutes. We are committed to the safety and well-being of our guests, and this incident highlights the effectiveness of our safety protocols.”
The cruiser’s social media post described the rapid response of the crew, who opened lifeguards and deployed a rescue ship within minutes. Passenger Kevin Furuta said in a Facebook post: “A girl fell from the fourth deck and her father went in after her… Thankfully, the DCL rescue team was immediately in it, both were saved!”

Although the ship may have been docked, passengers confirmed rescues were conducted during the Disney Dream cruise between the Bahamas and Florida, and the child reportedly descended from deck 4, which had a walking track. Despite the ship's organism safety barriers, it's still unclear how the child falls into the ship.
Like many major cruise operators, Disney ships are also equipped with outboard detection systems designed to remind crews of such incidents in real time.
