HOUSTOM KIAH – Kiah – A fire broke out in a commercial building in North Houston on Monday night, sending flames and strong black smoke into the sky. Houston Fire Department staff responded to the scene of the North Shepherd between the North Expressway and West Jr. York at about 5 p.m. The building has several businesses, including a video store and a car repair warehouse.
