Encourage young people to reach the link

More and more children are coming across links.
According to the National Golf Foundation, 3.7 million young people aged 17 played golf in a course in 2024, an increase of nearly 50% from five years ago.
One of the great men of all time, Annika Sörenstam is a new effort to help more young people participate in the sport. Sörenstam has partnered with Bank of America to adopt an initiative called “Golf and Us.”
“This move is close to me because it’s a way to help develop golf games and we’ll provide young children with opportunities to make golf more affordable. So by signing up and getting (Ting)… Annual membership, you have the opportunity to play five dollars or less on thousands of courses.
Sörenstam said that golf is not only about taking courses. “If you are a golfer, you need too much patience and as you know, patience is really important when you are outside the world or in general,” she said.
Sörenstam also points to discipline, focus and determination, the qualities she says are needed in life outside of golf and sport.
