Far-right German MP Krah investigates China's bribery claims

German prosecutors bribed and laundered China on Friday.

Krah is a member of the German Parliament's Lower House (Bundestag), whose party is an alternative to Germany (AFD) and is the second largest force.

The allegations involved his former mission as a member of the European Parliament.

The Dresden prosecutor's office said preliminary investigations related to alleged Russian payments related to KRAH are still under trial.

The purpose of the investigation related to China is to determine whether there is “there is sufficient reason to file the charges, or whether the lawsuit should be stopped”, prosecutors said.

Prosecutors demand that the immunity of prosecution be lifted.

Krah wrote on X that the accusation was “absurd and politically motivated.”

He believes that essentially, the question is about the fact that he issued a client as a lawyer.

He wrote: “Of course, I did not commit any criminal offense. It was all about character slander.”
