Scottish police said on Sunday that a 17-year-old boy was injured in Irvine Beach after he was injured on Saturday night at Irvine Beach.

Kaden was taken to the hospital at the scene and died on Sunday, police said.

Police are continuing to inquire and say they believe several people were being photographed when the fatal incident occurred on Saturday.

Detective Attorney General Campbell Jackson said: “A large-scale investigation is underway to establish the full picture surrounding this death. Our officers are supporting the boy’s family during this very difficult and heartbreaking time.

“From the investigation so far, we know that during the riots, there were a lot of people on the beach. We believe there were a few people filming at the time and there might be something going on.

“I urge people to review the videos they have and contact the police if they think the captured videos may have significant significance for our investigation.”

Police were summoned to the beach at 6:45 p.m. Saturday to report harassment and found Kaden was seriously injured.

Principal Jim McMillan said: “We understand that this death will attract attention to the local community, but rest assured that we are doing everything we can to identify those involved.

“When we conduct the inquiry, there will be other patrols in the area and anyone in doubt can approach these officials.”

Detectives have set up a website to allow the public to submit information directly to the team, which may be anonymous.
