Five people were hospitalized after the police chase reached 130 mph and crashed in Massachusetts.
State police said they led soldiers in the hospital during a high-speed chase in southern Massachusetts.
State Police Soldiers responded to a report about the White BMW X5 heading south on a route of more than 100 miles per hour.
A soldier tried to stop the speeding car, but the driver accelerated, and finally drove onto Route 24 at about 130 miles per hour.
Soon after, the driver lost control and the vehicle crashed in Taunton.
The first responder arrived and treated five injured people. Police said they were taken to a nearby hospital in a stable condition.
An investigation into the incident is underway and police say they will announce the charges later.
