Has anyone explained my trip?

I visited 14 different countries of about 30 developed countries in the world. From my superficial travel perspective, I noticed that in all these countries people make money in their daily work, spend on things, often lead to a predictable life. The differences between countries are much smaller than those between individuals. From this I concluded that travel is not worth it, at least when traveling to other developed countries.

I live in three different countries, all of the richest countries in the world. This allowed me to gain a certain outside view of a particular culture, at least affluent culture, and traditions that were not available from tourism. The culture is slightly different. Some are reserved. Some are civilized. Some are moral. Some are very friendly. Some are very lazy. Some people are hamed. Some are diligent. Just like a human.

However, overall, national culture is more similar than people. If you are a carpenter, you will find that you have more in common with other carpenters than with their neighbors than with their neighbors. I just saved you a lot of travel time there – But, perhaps it must be experienced to achieve it fully. I still meet people who should be smart enough to realize that their country is not the best because it is somehow chosen.

If you want to learn something about people, I suggest you talk to your neighbors, not from someone from another country.

Maybe my views are shrouded in developed countries. But this is where most travels go anywhere, so why do people go?

I know people buy guides and plan what landmarks to see. I noticed that most locals would never go to these landmarks. This shows me that despite being promoted as an important part of culture, landmarks have nothing to do with culture. If people don’t care about their residential perspectives, why do people look at opinions?

Sometimes it's about shopping, but seriously. Global trade means you can now buy the same quantity of goods worldwide. Why go to Paris when you can buy the same thing at the Corner Store. Again, sometimes, it's about food. But in reality, I don't need to go to Greece to have a meal at a Greek restaurant. Yes, maybe not the same, but very close.

Sometimes people travel to get rid of everything? Then my question is, what have you escaped? Why are you running? I never felt the need to get rid of my normal life and this could be cured by a week of victory.

What does traveling in the past mean? Just like an adventure, you go to work somewhere. Today, you just have to jump on the plane and you are almost the same as yourself in another country on the other end of the world. I suspect this is just a “local consumption” similar to food or food. Is modern tourism another consumer experience?

Have you ever considered traveling slowly? From city to city until you reach your destination? I think sailing is a fun way to travel slowly. I think you really don't know a place unless you work there, open a bank account and live as a local, rather than briefly passing through while taking a photo. Living abroad is more personal growth than flying around as a tourist in Tincan. If you have some useful skills, you can even travel for free and get paid. (I never paid for my own money until I quit my career.)

This is what I see. I realize I may be missing some genes, so please inspire why travel is so popular?
