What is the strategic focus of the health system in 2025?

MedCity Invest, a healthcare investor conference scheduled for May 20-21 at Willis Building in Chicago, will focus on the strategic priorities of the health system amid a huge change in HHS and the huge changes in government funding at risk.
A panel discussion on health system strategic priorities sponsored by HealthSNAP will focus on the perspectives of providers and HealthTech vendors, who will discuss how to achieve four times the goal in healthcare.
HealthSNAP CEO Samson Magid, who is also a panelist in the discussion, explained that how healthcare organizations can help manage the future of chronic conditions depends on providing proactive, patient-centered patient-centered care.
“Health systems are under tremendous pressure to reduce avoidable utilization, improve outcomes for patients with chronic diseases and release new revenue streams without overburdening the clinical team,” Magid said. “That’s where we are in. Our virtual care management platform integrates into existing workflows by enabling the system to expand reimburseable remote remote patient monitoring and chronic care management programs, integrates into existing workflows and builds to promote clinical and financial performance, aligns directly with these strategic priorities.”
