How Tennessees Get Up to $100 Apple Class Action

“Hey, Siri, what's the weather today?”

If you have raised such a question on Apple devices over the past decade, you can get up to $100 from Apple due to class action lawsuits.

A $95 million class action lawsuit filed in California federal court in 2021. The lawsuit accused the technology company's famous voice assistant of accusing the use of private conversations when Siri was accidentally activated.

Anyone who has or uses SIRI to enable Apple devices since 2014 may be able to get a portion of the settlement.

The legal notice states: “If you own or purchase a SIRI-enabled device and experience unexpected Siri activation in confidential or private communications between September 17, 2014 and December 31, 2024, you should read this notice as this may affect your legal rights.”

Here’s what Tennessees need to know and how to get payments.

If you accidentally activate Siri for Apple's Pitive from 2014 to 2024, it can reach up to $100.

Are Tennessees eligible to pay in Apple Siri settlement?

Yes! Anyone who inadvertently activates Siri can file a claim in the settlement. To get payment, you must reside in the United States or U.S. territory, but the lawsuit is not state-specific.

According to USA Today, choose to go in and you will experience unexpected Siri activation during private conversations by taking the oath.
