Indy 500: Tom Brady competes with Jimmie Johnson before the game

Tom Brady was riding in a two-seater Indycar vehicle with NASCAR legend Jimmie Johnson, two great men in their respective sports rode around the Indianapolis Raceway before 500 Indianapolis on Sunday afternoon.
Brady wore an Indycar racing helmet while driving the track. He took everything away as the car swayed in a straight line and turned.

“It’s incredible,” Brady told Fox Radio. “Jimmy drives, all the fans are here, I can't believe this is my first time here.”
Johnson has become 29 Indycar stars in his outstanding racing career from 2021 to 2022. He has participated in 500 games at one time in his career. He finished 28th in 2022.

“I love the Indy 500,” Johnson told Fox Sports earlier this month. “There is a kind of energy and excitement around the 500 of the 500, which is different from anything I've experienced before.”
Brady isn't the only NFL rep on Sunday's track.
Michael Strahan will drive to the track to bring the driver to the green.
The race was delayed by nearly an hour as the rain drove into the area.
