Bill Maher reveals what happened to Trump during the White House meeting

“Real-time” host Bill Maher revealed details of his meeting at the White House meeting with President Donald Trump last week, saying Trump was more intimate and humorous than he expected.
“You can hate me for this, but I'm not a liar. Trump is kind and measured.” “Why isn't that known in other settings – I don't know, I can't answer, this is not where I answer. I'm just telling you what I've seen and I'm not tall.”
Maher laughed at those who treated White House visits like the “summit of some sort” facilitated by their mutual friend Kid Kid Rock, calling them “absurd.”
“I don't have the power. I'm a comedian, he's the most powerful leader in the world!” Maher screamed. “I’m not the leader of anything except maybe a group of conscious people who think there must be a better way than every minute of the country that hates each other.”

Maher shared the print volume of Trump’s insults to him over the years, with Trump signing with “humor”.
“And I know, as I said, millions of liberal sphincters tighten.'Oh my god, Bill, would you say something nice to him? What I'm going to do is report exactly what happened,” Maher said, “and he wasn't going to the magazine, and there was no pressure.”
The HBO host was surprised at how Trump laughed, saying he had never seen anything he did in public, telling the audience: “He is indeed in himself, including himself.”
“It's not fake. Trust me, as a comedian for 40 years, I know a fake smirk when I hear it,” Maher said.
Maher praised Trump for being “more self-aware than he was in public,” revealing the theme of the 2020 election that appeared on his journey to the White House and that he was “not angry” how Maher raised Trump, Trump, rarely admits he lost.
“I get it. Who he is with the comedian at a private dinner. It's about who he is on the world stage. I just take the existence of this man as a affirmation. Because everything I don't like him about him is, I swear to God, at least with this man this night, it's his,” Maher said.
“I have so many conversations with outstanding people, these people have much less connection, people who don’t look at you in their eyes, people don’t really listen because they just want to do the next thing… none of it is him, and he mostly turns the conversation to ‘How do you think of this?’ I know, your idea is mine.”

Maher said that there were moments when he joked that Trump's expenses or contradict him were various topics, but there was “no problem” between the two of them.
“I never felt like I had to walk on the eggshells around him,” he told the audience. “I honestly voted for Clinton and Obama, but I would never talk to them the way I could talk to Donald Trump. That's how it happened. Get it done. What would you do. Me? I think why the Democrats are so unpopular these days.”
Maher recalls the “most surreal” part of the entire experience as he returned home to watch “60 minutes” and saw a clip of Trump from the podium “roaring” and shouting insults.
“And I thought, 'Who is that guy? What's wrong with the good witch Glinda?'” Maher quipped. “'Then why can't we give the guy I met to the public?' I'm not saying it's not my responsibility.

“A crazy person doesn't live in the White House, a guy who plays a crazy person on TV lives there, and I know it's f—eed. It's just not as f–eed as I thought, and I don't have fantasies right now because I might start working in my job, and he might start a new list,” Maher said, saying he insisted on the print of his interest. “Because I don't have a good feeling and will be critical of a lot of what he's doing – trade wars and disappearing people, ruling through decrees, threatening judges, and making the government full of joy. ”
“But I also think he knows now that I have a job to do, or at least he did it tonight, because he told me early on our last episode, it was Friday before dinner, and he said, 'I thought you would be happy, but you really have a hard time hitting me.' I did it because I wasn't going to propose a third term for the president, and he knew, there was no animal, and that doesn't mean he wouldn't try to do it,” he continued.

Maher said, besides “the hat and very generous time, he's willing to listen to me as a possible friend, even if I'm not Marg, he's not Marg, that's the point of the dinner.”
He continues to share his favorite moments when both of them say they hear a lot about people who like them for dinner together and how they agree that they don’t like people who don’t want them to meet.
“Don't talk, not say anything? Write the same editorial million times and give a 25-hour speech in the wind. Really, that's what liberals have? Maher continued, recently by Senator Cory Booker (DN.J.
