“Now, I know that tonight's event coincides with the 100 days after the inauguration, and I'll leave it to others to take into account what's going on so far,” she said. “But I'm going to say that. She accused Trump of bringing “chaos” to the United States through his tariff policies and accused him of being responsible for “the biggest artificial economic crisis in modern presidential history.”
But beyond that, Harris claims that the Trump administration is promoting a willful vision of undermining American democracy.
“Some people describe what has happened in recent months as absolute chaos, and of course, I understand why, these tariffs are certainly correct,” she said. “But friends, please don't think everything is messy.”
She continued: “In fact, what we witnessed was a high-speed event. In manufacturing, a ship was used to implement the agenda quickly. Cut the agenda of public education, cut the agenda of government, then narrow the government, then privatize its services, while also reducing the tax breaks to the wealthiest of us.”

Harris further mentioned illegal foreigners deported by the Trump administration and suspected that MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia said: “Detain and disappear US citizens or anyone without due process.”
She praised the Democrats' actions to boycott the Trump administration, namely including Senator Chris Van Hollen, D-Md. Senator Cory Booker, DN.J. ;Senator Bernie Sanders (I-Vt); Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, DN.Y., said: “In different ways, she has been talking about this moment with moral clarity.”
