Late-stage country idol Toby Keith's horse will be held in the 2025 Kentucky Derby

Toby Keith's dream came true, more than a year after the country's idol died at the age of 62.
At the 2025 Kentucky Derby, Keith's Dream Walkin' Farm will debut its first thoroughbred horse in Derby. The country singer started his racing campaign in 2001.
Keith's official Instagram account made the announcement on April 27.

“This is Toby's dream. Proposing a judgment will be made to the Kentucky Derby,” the post reads.
“He worked very hard to finally have one there! Toby will have the best seat in the house.”

According to a press release obtained by Fox News Digital, the rendering verdict ranked 21st on April 26, second only to the automatic placement of the Kentucky Derby.
“This is Toby's dream. The review is going to the Kentucky Derby.”
However, Matapan Street had to withdraw from Rose, and the rendering judgment was hit.
On Friday, Keith’s horse trainer Kenny McPeek was a guest at “Fox & Friends First” and talked about Keith’s love for horse racing.

“Well, some people say Toby prefers thoroughbred horse racing than music, which really says a lot, right?” he said.
McPeek first met Keith in the game 20 years ago in Louisiana. “He’s always fun and in the horse racing industry, he misses it so much.”
In 2019, Keith told Kentucky Derby to contact that the Kentucky Derby was the “you want to win” game.
“Yes, that’s the guy who everyone wants to hang on the wall said, ‘I won the Kentucky Derby.’ But God, it’s hard to get there… [the] The horse racing business is (frustrating), but dreams. Everything is rolling the dice. The next one is too. This is exciting. You have to live on the edge,” he concluded.

According to the press release, Keith has operated the Fantasy Farm for more than three decades, and now his family has taken over the 330-acre plant in the Paul Valley, Oklahoma.
On February 5, 2024, Keith's family announced his death in a statement posted to his website and social media accounts.
“Toby Keith Died Last night, February 5 and peace, surrounded by his family. He fought with grace and courage. The statement said, please respect the privacy of his family.

Keith revealed in June 2022 that he has Diagnosed with gastric cancer.

But Keith not only exploits the idea of American patriotism in his songs. He gave him support US military Carry out 11 USO tours, visits and serves for troops serving overseas. He also wrote about his support for men and women among American soldiers in the 2003 hit song “American Soldier.”

Keith helped raise millions of dollars in philanthropy, including a home in Oklahoma City that fights cancer for children and their families.
The singer also participated in George W. Bush, Barack Obama and Donald Trump, The latter gave him the National Medal of Art in 2021.
Keith is survived by his wife, Tricia, three children and four grandchildren.
