Norad Fighter jet responds to planes entering Trump's New Jersey restricted airspace

The North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) battled fighter jet intercepted a civilian plane Saturday afternoon that restricted airspace in Bedminster, New Jersey, where President Donald Trump spent the holiday weekend.
According to a NORAD statement, the pilot flew to the Temporary Flight Restricted Area (TFR) area before 2:40 pm ET.
The plane was safely driven out of the area after using a standard “head-bump” maneuver to get the pilot's attention.

This is the fourth time that restricting airspace violations of the day, not the last one.
Norad said another invasion occurred later, which made five unauthorized entries in the day in the presidential airspace.
Norad responded quickly using radar, satellites and fighters from its layered defense system to protect our and Canadian skies. The airspace on Bedminster will be locked when Trump is in town.

Officials warned private pilots to do their homework before taking off.
“If you are flying anywhere near Bedminster, NJ, it’s better to check Notams 1353, 1358, 2246 and 2247,” the First Air Force (AOC of the United States) posted on X. “No excuses! Please stay sharp! Stay sharp, stay legal, stay legal, stay away from confined spaces.”
