Philippine polling firm rejects 'local election survey' graph
Philippine group Pulse Asia Research denies pre-election investigation results for several local competitions when a crucial midterm vote was held on May 12, 2025. Errors in loop images indicate that they are Not real.
The May 9 Facebook post reads: “Former President Rodrigo Duterte is currently detained in the Theatre (SIC) of the Netherlands (SIC) is still leading the latest Pulse Asia Asia 2025 Election Preference Survey held in Davao City from April 26 to May 6.”
Another article claims to share Asia's Pulse Asia research poll numbers for the governors' competition in central Cebu Province and appears to indicate that candidate Pamela Baricuatro is a hugely leading incumbent Gwen Garcia.

In the midterm elections, about 18,000 seats are largely defined by the explosive dispute between Ferdinand Marcos and impeachment vice president Sara Duterte (a link to archive).
The 12 elected senators will form a half-jury at Duterte’s trial, which is tentatively scheduled for July, which could leave her permanent ban on public office.

The keywords were searched on the official website and verified the Facebook page of Pulse Asia Research, no such surveys were found (archived here and here).
The circular graphics also do not match the formats of the company's survey publications, which include the full names of candidates and indicate the respondent's requirements (archive link).

Additionally, the so-called Davao City investigation lists only two competitors in the former President Duterte Mayor’s race, but Comelec’s website says five candidates are competing for the seat.
