Last week, Frick's collection opened the door to one of New York's most anticipated Fêtes: Young Fellows Ball. Now, the annual gathering is approaching its third decade, where it attracts over 600 cities’ worst teenagers under 45 to provide appearances and support museum exhibitions, conservation work and public programs. This year’s theme is the Porcelain Garden, which takes tips from the reopening of “Porcelain Garden: Vladimir Kanevsky of the Frick series”, while many attendees get tailor tips from the amazing life-like porcelain of Ukrainian sculptors.
The blooms spread throughout the museum set the tone for a night of equality, charitable and cultural roots (the gallery speech featuring the ball centers on the paintings of Turner and Lawrence and pairs side by side with Angel + Dren’s DJ partner). Two immersive photo experiences, each floor is on a floor, and also echoes Kanevsky's flowers, providing guests with an opportunity to step into the dream of art and capture moments.
