Police say
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, five people broke into a house in West Los Angeles, tied the crew and kidnapped a man, and later released him near the gas station in Glendale.
At about 1:30 a.m. Saturday, police were alerted to invade a house in the 9800 block of Vicar Street near Chevrolet Hill. LA police officer Drake Madison said four, probably five men, wearing masks and all the black men had broken, and they had at least one gun.
Madison said the attackers kidnapped a man in blue boxer shorts and stole an iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch.
Madison said other victims in the house were tied up. He noted that after LAPD officials arrived at the house, they called an ambulance for a 35-year-old pregnant woman with anxiety disorder.
The abducted man was released 22 miles away, next to a gas station located in the 2100 block of Verdugo Boulevard, and the uninhabited area of Montrose near the border of Highway 210 and Glendale.
Madison said there was no report that the man was asked for an ambulance.
The kidnapper was last seen in a black pickup truck. Detectives have been stumbling into the community and have been through any surveillance video for lead.
