On Friday, the second federal judge blocked President Donald Trump's executive order to overhaul the election

Trump's executive order on March 25 attempts to force officials to demand documentary proof of citizenship to vote for federal elections, accept only mail-in voting received on Election Day, and conditional federal election grants fund states that comply with the new voting deadline.
