Suspect flees electric scooter after shooting in Lincoln Heights

Police said a man sitting in a car shot and was injured in Lincoln Heights early Saturday morning and the two men fled from the electric scooter.
Norma Eisenman, a spokesman for the Los Angeles Police Department, said the victim was identified as a 48-year-old man who was taken to a nearby hospital by ambulance and was reportedly stable. It is reported that it is about 1:15 am
According to investigators, two men sat on cars near Humbolt Street and 23 Avenue in Lincoln Heights, near Interstate 5.
Eisenman said the people had a dispute. “Then suspected that the two had a gun and then handed it to a gun and he fired multiple guns.”
Ethanman said the gunman and his companions fled an electric scooter in an unknown direction after the shooting. Investigators did not report whether the victim was driving or parked at the time of the shooting.
