According to one of four female victims suing social media figures, Andrew Tate pointed to the woman's face and told her if she didn't do what he said: “There will be paid.”

Court documents obtained by the BBC in Tate UK. The allegations of rape, assault and threatening murder are detailed.

The case involved events between 2013 and 2015 between Luton and Hitchin, the southern UK.

One victim claimed Tate threatened to kill her, another said he had killed people in the past, and one in three said he threatened to kill anyone who interacted with her.

Tate denied the allegations, marking “a packet of lies” and “forgery” in his written defense to the High Court. Currently, Internet personality is involved in many legal struggles, which are in a series of charges, including the UK, the US and Romania.

In his UK trial, allegations against Tate included rape and extortion of two employees on the webcam business in 2015.

Tate is also charged with telling the third victim that he decided whether to rape her and strangle her before doing so.

A fourth victim claimed Tate strangled her during sex and then raped her when she lost consciousness. She told the BBC that the encounter was initially agreed, but Tate forced her to limit her breathing, causing her to lose consciousness.

“During sex, he started strangling me. I fainted and he continued to have sex with me.”

Tate denied strangling the woman and she was in a coma. He said he might have put his hands on her neck, but it would not affect her ability to breathe.

The fourth victim said in her account that she noticed a gun was placed on the sofa at Tate's apartment when they allegedly met in 2014.

She told the BBC that she wasn't sure if it was real or a toy, but it was weird to think that an adult man would have a toy gun.

“I didn't really mention anything to him,” she said. “But I remember it clearly there and was a little frightened by it because it wasn't something you see in the UK.”

Three of the women reported to police in 2019 but no criminal charges were filed against him.

Their civil lawsuit says the accusers are now seeking “damage caused by attacks, batteries and intentional injury.” Tate believes that too much time has passed for women to no longer have letters like text, emails and other potential evidence.

In another incident in March, Tate's ex-girlfriend Brianna Stern filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles.

Stern's allegations exacerbate Tate's growing legal troubles. He was charged with trafficking in persons and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women in Romania. In this case, his brother, Tristan Tate, was also charged.

Stern argues in the complaint that Tate’s abuse of her, her consistency with her prolonged blatant misogyny. She said he initially acted too loving and generous, seducing her into an abusive relationship.

The lawsuit filed on March 27, detailing an encounter earlier that month at the Beverly Hills Hotel, where Tate allegedly suffocated and defeated Stern. Stern said she was later diagnosed with post-concussion syndrome.

The hearing of the Tate UK trial will be held on April 15.
