Trump scrutinizes Biden's White House on the grounds of “declining perception” of political rivals

U.S. President Donald Trump directed his administration on Wednesday to investigate Joe Biden’s actions as president, alleging aides covering up “cognitive decline” by his predecessor and raising doubts about the legitimacy of his use of automatic open-ended signing of forgiveness and other documents.
The order marks a significant escalation of Trump's political opponents and can lay the foundation for Republican debate that a series of Biden's actions as president are ineffective.
Biden replied in a statement Wednesday night: “Let me be clear: I made a decision during my presidency. I made a decision on pardon, execution of orders, legislation and statements. I am not ridiculous or false in any advice.”
The Justice Department under the Democratic and Republican administrations has been aware of the use of automatic open signing legislation and issuing pardons for decades, and Trump has no evidence that Biden is not aware of the actions taken in his name, and that the president's absolute pardon power is shaped in the U.S. Constitution.
“It's all over the place when Biden's signature was deployed in thousands of documents to achieve radical policy shifts, and the U.S. public purposefully avoids discovering people who enforce powers,” Trump wrote in the memo.
Trump directed Attorney General Pam Bondi and White House lawyer David Warrington to investigate.
Biden's decision-making “effectiveness” and the issue of signature
It is unclear to what extent Trump will push the effort, which will face certain legal challenges. But it reflects his attitude towards Biden defeating him in 2020, and Trump never acknowledged and continued to erroneously demanded his election to manipulate him. This week, the president magnified a wild conspiracy theory, with Biden passing away in 2020 and replacing it with a robot clone.
Trump often shows that Biden’s use of automatic startup is wrong, a mechanical device that can copy a person’s real signature. Although they have been used in the White House for decades, Trump claims that Biden’s aides are usurping presidential power, and the memorandum questions “…the effectiveness of the resulting presidential policy decisions.”
U.S. President Donald Trump claims that Joe Biden has granted a “revoked” pardon, deeming them invalid because they are signed by Autopen, a machine that can copy a person’s signature. Andrew Chang broke the backing of whether Trump has such legal authority and how much he said is supported by evidence.
Biden gave pardons to his two brothers and sister shortly before leaving the office, hoping they would be protected from potential Trump’s prosecution, who promised retribution during last year’s campaign. Other pardoners include members of a congressional committee that investigated the riots at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, including two Republicans who are now under Trump’s damage.
Trump was prosecuted in four separate criminal matters until three of the cases disappeared after winning the November election, spending a lot of time on the campaign to rail the justice system, saying weapons were put on Republicans, even if Democrats noted that Biden’s Justice Department’s Justice Department review of the presidency.
But now, Trump has proposed that several political rivals should be investigated. He directed an investigation into former cybersecurity official Chris Krebs, who disputed Trump’s claim to stolen elections in 2020, while former DHS Miles Taylor, a former DHS official, wrote an anonymous adverb in 2018 to criticize the president.
Similarly, the Trump administration said it would study the intent of an Instagram post published by former FBI Director James Comey, which was fired in 2017 and investigated former New York Democratic Governor Andrew Cuomo, whose statements about COVID-19 deaths in nursing homes in the state may have committed criminal issues.
Republicans can subpoena Biden White House staff
Meanwhile, Kentucky's Republican chairman, the House Oversight Committee, requested a transcribed interview with five Biden aides, saying they participated in the “covering” which was “one of the greatest scandals in our nation's history.”
Interviews were requested for senior White House adviser Mike Donilon and former White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain, former deputy chief of staff Bruce Reed and former presidential adviser Steve Ricchetti.
“They have to show up on the House Oversight Committee and provide real answers about President Biden's cognitive status and phone calls,” Comer said.

Comer also reiterated his appeal to Biden's physician Kevin O'Connor, and former White House aides Annie Tomasini, Anthony Bernal, Ashley Williams and Neera Tanden appeared before the committee. He warned that if the subpoena refuses to schedule a voluntary interview, they will be released this week.
Republicans on the committee are eager to investigate.
“The American people didn't elect bureaucracy to run the country,” said Brandon Gill, a freshman Republican from Texas. “I think the American people should know the truth, they want to know the truth about what happened.”
So far, Republican Congress investigations have focused on the final executive action of the Biden administration, which includes the issuance of new federal rules and their claim to be potentially invalid presidential pardons.
The lines quote the book original sin Written by CNN's Jake Tapper and Axios's Alex Thompson, it details the concerns and debates between the White House and the Democrats on Biden's mental state and age.
“Five people are running the country, and Joe Biden is at best a senior member of the board,” Tapper and Thompson wrote in the book.

Biden and his family strongly denied the book’s claims.
“This book is a political fairy tale of permanent and professional fairy tales,” said Naomi Biden, the granddaughter of the former president.
Biden, who withdrew his presidential campaign last summer after a debate with Trump, appeared to have lost his mind multiple times, muttering to his inaudible answers and misunderstanding different administration plans.
The disastrous debate performance brought questions about his age and mental acumen to the forefront, ultimately leading to Biden's withdrawal from the presidential election. Kamala Harris replaced him on tickets, who lost to Trump.
