The house resolution introduced is to confirm Trump's strike against foreign enemies bills

Exclusive: Monday will introduce a House resolution affirming the use of the Alien Enemy Act to combat allegedly becoming a member of the Tren de Alagua gang.
“Coloradoans already know the truth: Tren de Aragua (TDA) is now a terrorist organization active in our community,” Rep. Jeff Crank, who introduced the resolution, told Fox News Digital in an exclusive statement.
“I fully support President Trump's executive order designating them as a foreign terrorist organization and starting to expel these terror terrorists. For our national security, known terrorists are quickly detained and deported by our law enforcement professionals,” continued the Republican who took office in January.

Previous reports said that members of the Tren de Aragua gang have allegedly surpassed an apartment building in Aurora, Colorado in exchange for rent in exchange for “protection.” (Edward Romero)
The resolution said the House agreed to use the Foreign Enemy Act to transport those who are designated members of foreign terrorist organizations. Furthermore, it “recognizes the complete elimination of these organizations from the United States to protect the national territory, security and security”. The resolution was co-sponsored by Rep. Lauren Boebert, Sheri Biggs, Tom Tiffany and Michael Guest.
Tren de Aragua, along with a number of cartels, has recently been listed as foreign terrorist organizations by President Donald Trump, with some of the alleged members from MS-13 being taken to the terrorism center in El Salvador.
Republican lawmakers believe that Judge Boothberg should “withdraw” himself from Trump’s deportation case.

Since then, court cases have continued to cause sensation, including legal tensions against the government on the use of the Alien Enemies Act, as Boasberg introduced a temporary restraining order that uses the law to deport so-called members.

Other legislation proposed by Colorado lawmakers targeting Colorado's policies, which opponents consider as shelter for criminals. Rep. Gabe Evans introduced the “Unmanned Police to Position and Ban Foreign Criminals (UPLIFT) Act in late February, which would give local authorities greater power to work with the federal government on immigration enforcement.

“State law has a national impact because if federal law enforcement uses information from a criminal justice database, Colorado provides that information, Colorado’s state and local police officers, they provide information that could be in trouble,” Evans told Fox News numbers at the time. “So the Fed doesn’t want to put their state and local partners in a difficult situation.”
