Vegetarian Slow Cooker Chili

This recipe is grand as it can be cooked in the morning and eaten in the evening.

Start with soaking some black-eyed peas and some navy beans at night. These may be the pressure of cooking in the morning, and DW take a shower

Then you cut some green onions (I found some in the refrigerator), a kind of regular large onion (the basket on the counter), jalapeno peppers (nothing so I improvised and then took some out of the vinegar/killer chili pepper shaker), a few corn (from the freezer). Mix all of this together, cut a large jar of diced tomatoes and simmer on lows for 8 hours. The spices to be added are oregano, chili powder and cumin. Your beans should be twice as good as tomatoes. Half of corn is as much as corn, and the onions are about corn, and probably a little corn. Spices are based on taste. experiment! Cutting vegetables does not use water, so you won't remove the shower pressure from the DW, so when she comes out of the bathroom she won't be hostile (like all other times, when I start washing my clothes right after DW wakes up
