A new survey shows growing dissatisfaction with so-called “health care navigators” who tend to work on behalf of health programs and support more independent clinical integrated options. Two-thirds of consultants said they would typically mentor clients in healthcare navigation solutions outside their insurance companies, often for independent navigation companies, for reasons including better membership experience, clinical integration, manipulation and cost-saving clarity.
